1. Service Description

OC Service ("the Service") provides managed AI agent hosting. Each agent runs in an isolated virtual machine with your API credentials and connects to your messaging platform (Telegram, Matrix).

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. One person or entity per account.

3. Payment

Subscription fees are payable in USDT (TRC-20) or other accepted cryptocurrency.
All payments are non-refundable. Partial-month usage is prorated at signup.
Plans auto-renew from your wallet balance unless disabled. Failed renewals result in suspension after a 3-day grace period.

4. Your API Keys & Data

You provide your own AI provider API key. We store it encrypted at rest. We do not log, read, or analyze your conversations. You retain full ownership of your data and agent configurations.

5. Service Level (Best-Effort)

We aim for high availability but provide the Service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, latency, or uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

7. Termination

You may stop or delete your agent(s) at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the AUP, or applicable law.
Upon termination, your VM and associated data are permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spore AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice.
