1. Prohibited Content & Activities

You may not use the Service to:

Generate, distribute, or store illegal content under applicable law.
Engage in spam, phishing, or unsolicited mass messaging.
Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
Distribute malware, exploit code, or conduct cyberattacks.
Circumvent AI provider safety policies or content filters.
Mine cryptocurrency or run unrelated workloads on agent VMs.
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization.

2. Fair Usage

Each agent is intended for personal or small-team use.
Do not abuse VM resources (CPU, memory, disk, network) beyond normal AI agent operation.
Excessive resource consumption may result in throttling or suspension.

3. API Key Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your API key usage and costs. Do not share agent access credentials with unauthorized parties. If you suspect your key is compromised, rotate it immediately via your AI provider and update it in the dashboard.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in warning, suspension, or termination at our discretion.
Severe violations (illegal activity, abuse) may result in immediate termination without refund.
We may cooperate with law enforcement when required by law.
